In-Game Storyline Concept
·
Several NPC Lead-in Characters will be
generated by the NERO Office for use by the NMC. The NPC
Lead-in Characters can be used by the Plot Coordinators
as the leaders of the lands that ‘hook’ players on
adventures, issue laws and edicts, alert adventurers to
possible monsters in the area, sponsor combat, spell
casting, and/or rogue tournaments and anything else that
the plot coordinator can think of to enhance the
background atmosphere.
·
NMC’s may utilize any of the written
materials on the NeroLarp.com site as backdrop for
adventures, provided that the lands are not of an
existing NERO Chapter are instead managed by NERO Office
personnel. These lands include the Continents including
Jhivantane, Amys, and Zephyr, and local Avalon lands
such as Quentari, Rotaria, The Duchy of Evendarr, The
City of Evendarr, Draelonde, and other lands. Visit this
location for information and ideas.

·
The NERO Office uses several in-game
concepts to support NMC’s including ‘Existing Barony’,
‘Roving Band’, and ‘Frontier Expansion’.
o
The Existing Barony concept allows the
NERO Office to provide an in-game foundation for the
NMC’s to use that is separated but incorporated into the
existing in-game Avalon Continent and world structure.
o
The Roving Band concept concentrates on
the movement of adventurers throughout in-game lands
owned and managed by the NERO Office and its personnel.
It supports the “come and go” aspect associated with
training, exercises, and deployments while still
offering a very solid storyline to keep everyone
involved.
o
The Frontier expansion places a focus on
the conquering uninhabited lands on the edge of
civilization.

Return of In-Game Assets
and Props
·
All Members of NERO agree to return all
assets and props to the NERO Office, the NMC, or NERO
Office representative upon membership end.
NERO Military LARP Event
This concept includes scheduling a LARP Event made
especially for military personnel – almost like a
reunion of sorts, or a NERO Olympics – once per year.
The NERO Office is considering an Event toward the end
of 2006. This is in the development phase.
